Florence Foodie: La Milkeria
Also on my list of must try Florence cafes, La Milkeria is one of my favorite spots in Florence to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Known for its incredible crepes, waffles, and coffee, its impossible to go wrong when ordering here. Additionally, the price is right (a waffle with toppings and coffee only cost about 7 euro), making La Milkeria the perfect budget-friendly indulgence.
My favorite menu item is the Nutella and fresh fruit waffle, followed closely by the hot chocolate with fresh whipped cream. All of the ingredients used are incredibly fresh, making everything on the menu extra delicious.
Bananas, strawberries, apples, AND Nutella all on one waffle? Yes, please!
My go-to spot on rainy days in Florence, La Milkeria’s warm atmosphere, cute design, and tasty treats never fail to put a smile on my face. The free wifi also makes it a great place to stop in and do some work or blogging (if its not too busy with hungry customers!).
The hot chocolate with fresh whipped cream is the perfect cure to my rainy day blues.
